What we collect. When you write to us through this website, we only collect what we need to reply: your name, your email, your WhatsApp number and what you tell us in the form (the experience, the date, the number of people, any allergies or dietary needs, and your message).

What we use it for. To answer your request, confirm your booking or prepare a proposal for your event. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, and we do not send you marketing without your permission.

Where it is stored. In the website's database, on Cloudflare, and in Mamá Mambo's email. Automatic emails are sent with Resend. Cloudflare and Resend may store this data on servers outside the Dominican Republic.

WhatsApp and Instagram. If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram through the links on this website, that conversation takes place on Meta's services and is also governed by their own privacy policies.

How long. For as long as we need it to handle your request, and two years at most.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to our use of it. Write to info@mamamambo.com.

Cookies. The website only stores the language you choose. We measure visits without cookies and without personal data.

Changes to this notice. We may update this notice when needed. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
